Position overview

We're looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Director to lead business growth in their market. In this sales-focused role, you'll take the lead in identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role comes with a competitive base salary and a highly rewarding commission structure, offering substantial earning potential. Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for the market, identifying growth areas and employing effective tactics to exceed revenue goals.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing customized staffing solutions that address their unique needs.
3. Lead Generation: Leverage cold calling, networking, and industry events to consistently generate and qualify new leads.
4. Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities in the light industrial and skilled trades industries.
5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing our platform's value and how our staffing solutions can solve client challenges.
6. Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the market to refine your sales strategy.
7. Road Warrior Mentality: Travel extensively within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and nurture relationships that drive sales growth.
8. Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales progress, forecast revenue, and provide updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience selling staffing solutions, particularly in light industrial and skilled trades, or related industries, within your region.
2. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals.
3. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets while earning performance-based incentives.
4. Ability and willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions to meet clients and generate new business. (25% - 50% travel)
5. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
