Tech Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and innovation in our eCommerce initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for eCommerce projects across Salesforce & integration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and integration.
• Experience with integration platforms (APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration tools).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that maximize value and impact.
• Set technical expectations and standards for the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Identify gaps in technology and processes, taking ownership of learning and applying new skills to bridge them.
• Mentor and guide developers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and problem-solving.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, practical solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud understanding and exposure.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and data pipelines.
• Ability to work across multiple technologies and platforms.
