Resolving and or communicating customer concerns and complaints to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer multi-line phone system and assist customersDirects calls to the correct station/person.Strong communication skills written and verbal with customers and coworkers.Establishes and maintains files. Correctly uses a filing system and keeps files in logical order so that material is readily retrievable.Processes documents in accordance with established procedures including checking for accuracy and completion of entries and fields.Communicates client needs, concerns, and delivery information to team members in a timely manner.Understands responsibilities and duties, can priorities and demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.Understands and can apply appropriate procedures to use the database systems to respond to requests for internal reports and information.Performs additional duties of a similar nature as assigned.Work in a fast-paced environment.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAININGHigh School diploma or GED equivalent.Strong computer skillsComfortable in Microsoft OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skills 1 year of experience in administrationBenefits:Dental insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceMonday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM$18/hrCall PrideStaff to apply at 775-###-####!
