Arbin Support Engineer (Reno)
Provide onsite and remote service for Arbin customers.
This is a work at home position, more than 50% of time in Travel is required.
Perform onsite service to Arbin customers, including but not limited to: System calibration, troubleshooting, customer training.
Provide training and Instruction to customer for operate our system.
Perform remote analysis and troubleshooting for Arbin customers.
Answer phone call from Customer, summarize customer’s problem.
Write and organize technical documents and introduction documents.
Collect customer feedback and open issues, feedback them to R&D team.
Fulfill customers’ need related to our product and create great relationships with our customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Having customer support experience of more than 1 year is preferred.
