• Greets guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Take drink orders, use prescribed recipes, and follows established portion controls.
• Maintains bar in appropriate set-up and cleanliness.
• Accepts payment/makes change as needed.
• Works in harmony with Cocktail Servers to meet guest service guidelines.
