Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Medical Office Assistant at ProSpinal, Inc. located in south Reno, NV. The Medical Office Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing support to medical staff. The role will also involve interacting with patients, answering phone calls, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in computer skills and basic office software
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
