Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for an I&C Project Manager for one of our top clients in Sparks, NV. This person will be joining their self-perform team and will dually have both a PM and Superintendent role. They will be overseeing all phases of the build of a semi-manufacturing facility. This will start with estimation: taking the drawings the team has developed in house and understand materials and equipment necessary for the scope and building the estimate from the ground up. Also, there will be a lot of cost management that this person will oversee, as they will be managing a $10 million dollar budget for the project. Eventually this candidate will have anywhere from 15-20 field staff that will report up to them.


Job Responsibilities:
- Estimation: take drawings that have been developed in hose and understand the materials and equipment necessary for their scope
o Estimate from the ground up
- Scheduling they schedule 3 weeks ahead of time
- Cost management: manage a $10 million dollar budget
- Support the project through the full project life cycle
- Supervision: oversee 15-20 field staff there is a large field component to this role

Must Haves:
- 10+ years of Superintendent or Project Management experience
o 5+ years experience within instrumentation and controls construction
- Full cycle construction project management experience (estimation to close out)
o Prior experience with scope, scheduling, and budgeting ($10-20 million budget for an accumulation of projects)
o Field work experience
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam

Plusses:
- Prior experience working with P6
- Electrical estimating software
- Prior work within these industries: semiconductor, vehicle manufacturing, or data center

Compensation:

$55/hr to $65/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
