Description

Performs data entry tasks, data and process audits, and other clerical / system support duties. Support may be in the areas of system data, purchasing, planning and scheduling, data accuracy, or other areas as required in their unique site environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned data entry tasks with accuracy and comprehension. Identifies errors, exception conditions, and outlying inputs and notifies responsible parties in a timely, dependable manner.
• Assists and serves as back up with scheduling and planning processes, as well as in processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on site-specific needs.
• Serves as a source for information inquiries from internal entities concerning production and inventory control responsibilities and interaction with other internal departments.
• Assists all production and inventory control personnel with tasks, input, follow-up, etc based on site-specific requirements and assignments.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: Some coursework after high school
• Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software preferred
• 6 months prior experience working in the construction industry as a supplier, contractor, or office support function preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email, Spreadsheet, Word Processor)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
