Job Details

We are current looking for an Order Processor for the day shift at the Reno Fulfillment Center in Reno.

The Order Processor is responsible for supporting the Fulfillment Center with order waves batches, picking, and ensuring all orders are processed in FIFO order.

Shift Hours at the Reno Fulfillment Center for this position are Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and the pay is $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Batch orders for error picking, ensuring oldest orders ship first

• Ensure that reships are processed as a priority and are moved through the FC in a timely manner

• Submit reports such as outstanding orders, processing dates, etc.

• Alert Supervisors and Leads of inventory related problems affecting order processing

• Ensure that errors/problematic orders are cleared in a timely manner and that Picking Leads are made aware of all "skipped" items

• Reconcile unshipped orders in HJ to ensure orders ship within 24 hours

• Assist in monitoring processing dates to ensure that orders are being processed in a FIFO manner

• Assist with correcting problem totes and ghost totes

• Monitor the out-of-stock list and create short ship orders

• Promote reasonable housekeeping measures are followed to ensure a well-organized and safe workplace

Experience required:

• At least 1 year of experience as a packer or picker in an e-commerce fulfillment environment

• Ability to be professional and use good judgement, to communicate effectively, and promote a positive and productive work environment

- effective time management skills

Preferred experience:

• Previous experience leading or influencing work teams

• Experience with WMS systems and the ability to learn proprietary software, proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word

Internal applicants must meet the following criteria:

• 4 or less attendance points accumulated in the past 180 days

• No active corrective action for attendance, behaviors, performance, or safety

$18 - $18 an hour
