Position Overview: The Project Architect is responsible for leading the planning, designing, and coordination of the overall project from inception to completion. The Project Architect will be a key part of the design team in the development of projects, producing construction documents, preparing drawings, and presenting design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from conception to completion
• Design and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions
• Produce drawings and documents to communicate plans
• Perform design reviews and check plans for accuracy
• Coordinate with other disciplines and consultants
• Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations
• Manage the preparation of permits, CC&R's, and submittals
• Review, analyze, and modify existing designs

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and construction
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3D modeling
• Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, permits, CC&Rs, and submittals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently
• High attention to detail and quality
