Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, in Reno, Nevada, has a career opportunity and is looking for someone with a proven track record to be the Director of Spa Operations. Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc. Responsibilities

1. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, managing, providing strategic leadership and direction to the spa/salon operations.
2. Develop, implement, and enforce all company and departmental policies and procedures as well as standards of quality and performance.
3. Maximize revenues and control costs of spa/salon operations.
4. Supervise the planning and scheduling of management work assignments and performance development.
5. Ensure effective operations of the spa/salon at all times.

Qualifications

1. Exceptional people skills and a passion for guest service.
2. Eye for creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
3. Strong operational experience in a Forbes rated establishment.
4. Proficient in staff management and training.
5. Goal oriented and knowledgeable of current spa and salon treatments and trends.
6. Computer proficiency is required.
7. Bachelor's degree preferred, but commensurate experience is acceptable.
