Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by Example: Follow company policies and set the standard for the team.
• Vehicle Prep & Dismantling: Safely remove hazardous materials, dismantle vehicles, harvest cores, and prepare parts for shipment.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
• Customer Assistance: Provide courteous service and assist customers as needed.
• Environmental Compliance: Ensure all procedures meet environmental and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to wear PPE and follow safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
• Experience with automotive repair or parts is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
