Open Positions:
General Dental Assistants - Assist with patient care, X-rays, sterilization, and chairside support.
Lead Dental Assistants - Oversee daily operations, guide the dental team, and ensure smooth workflow.
Specialty Dental Assistants - Work alongside specialists in fields like oral surgery, orthodontics, and more. These role requires travel between offices, either visiting a different practice each day or multiple practices in a single day. If you visit multiple locations in one day, you'll receive mileage reimbursement at the Nevada daily mileage rate, reflected in your paycheck.

Pediatric Dental Assistants - Provide compassionate care for our youngest patients and support the pediatric team.
Pediatric Lead Dental Assistants - Lead the pediatric dental team and ensure smooth operations.
Hygiene Assistants - Support hygienists with patient care, sterilization, and maintaining workflow.

Responsibilities:
• Assist during procedures like fillings, extractions, and root canals
• Prepare treatment rooms & sterilize instruments
• Take & develop dental X-rays
• Educate patients on post-op care & oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate patient records & charting
• Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked
• Provide chairside support & comfort to patients
• Adhere to HIPAA & OSHA regulations

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology & procedures
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
