Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is a 3rd party search firm recruiting for a Reno, Nevada based non-profit organization's Director of Facilities Operations. Primary Purpose: The Director of Facilities Operations is responsible for leadership and oversight of all campus operations including goal setting, budget development and overall efficiency of the campus security, maintenance, housekeeping, warehousing, and culinary services. Under the guidance and direct report of the Chief Executive Officer.
The Director of Facilities Operations will have 4 direct reports: Facilities Manager, Security Director, Housing/Housekeeping Manager, and Chef.
Essential Duties/Functions:
Work Hours: This is a salaried position that requires flexibility. A typical workweek will be 40 hours, Monday through Friday, but may include weekends as well as opening/closing.
Physical Demands: While this position involves desk & computer work, it also will require being on your feet for extended periods of time. Position may include (car) travel back and forth to venues and lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work at a fast and efficient pace.
Minimum Qualifications:
