Assist in the successful day to day operations of the department by helping with inventory control, acquiring parts and materials as needed to complete work. May require taking a company vehicle or equipment for service and repairs. Inform management staff of problems requiring maintenance and report any equipment deficiencies in a timely manner. Act as a maintenance representative for the Property Operations department. All Property Operations employees may be required to assist in other job duties within the department at any time regardless of job classification. Must maintain carpenter shop and all carpentry related tools and materials clean and organized at all times. Maintain daily record of work requests, preventative maintenance work requests, planned maintenance requests.
