The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe operation of a production forklift to stack material and empty full containers throughout the facility efficiently. What you will need:1 year of experience driving a production forklift in a production setting. HS Diploma or GED preferred. Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Safety toe shoes. What you will do: Follow all safety practices. Maintain a clean and safe work area (5 s)Report to shift supervisor for daily work assignments. Responsible for organizing lumber. Coordinate with supervisor to empty full containers and trash bins throughout the day. Continuously monitor the condition of the equipment to ensure it is operationally ready at all times. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Be able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work get on and off a forklift throughout your 10-hour shift.
