About the Position
The Asset Maintenance Specialist provides support to the Asset Division by procuring, negotiating, and managing all repair and maintenance work for trailers in the ITS network. This involves building and maintaining partnerships with vendors completing work on ITS' behalf and tracking the progress of repairs and maintenance for ITS trailers. This role reports directly to the VP of Maintenance and focuses on improving operational and procedural efficiencies through data analysis and collaboration. The position will work closely with the Legal, Finance, Information Technology, Safety & Compliance, and all brokerage teams.

We're looking for a creative problem solver who enjoys negotiating and building relationships. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a very fast-paced environment and must be adaptable. In addition to the skills listed below, candidates should have repair and maintenance experience, along with a background in troubleshooting and service coordination. Additional requirements include:
Pay DOE - $23 to $27 per hour + bonus potential, bringing the total up to $36.43 per hour.
