Located in Reno, NV, Willow Springs Center is a 116-bed residential treatment facility opened in 1988, dedicated to helping troubled teens find their way in life. Our residential treatment center is a place for new beginnings, where adolescents can make positive strides to recover from emotional, psychiatric, behavioral, and addiction problems.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Create an environment and culture aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
• Manage clinical and non-clinical departments including Nursing, Admissions, Business Development, Process Improvement, Finance, Clinical Services, and Regulatory Affairs to drive patient care outcomes.
• Ensure hospital quality metrics are met through sound clinical processes adhering to accreditation and regulatory guidelines.
• Recruit physicians and staff in targeted specialty areas, coordinate medical staff participation in new hospital ventures, and develop new medical care offerings.
• Supervise development of outpatient and ambulatory care programs, and build positive relationships with local industry, government, healthcare providers, and the public.
• Oversee timely submission of financial and operational reports, and participate in strategic planning efforts.
• Communicate operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Achieve financial objectives, manage contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with payor requirements.
• Increase revenues, manage costs, and focus on census building and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience as a behavioral health executive.
• Knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
• Understanding of state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Operational, financial management, and marketing knowledge.
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
