Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will collaborate with internal and external leaders to ensure compliance with standards and policies. They will oversee staffing compliance with state and federal regulations related to care provision. The role involves working with administration to develop performance improvement plans related to staffing and workplace quality, maintaining accountability and open communication regarding management, staffing, and performance concerns.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Training

• Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, or a related field required.
• Three (3) years of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating nursing and allied health staff in inpatient and outpatient settings, aligned with departmental and corporate guidelines.
• Proficiency in computer systems, spreadsheets, databases, and statistics; including MS Office.
• Ability to create spreadsheets and perform statistical analysis from data.
• Flexible in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
