We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Registration Coordinator to be the cornerstone of our household goods relocation process. If you're someone who thrives on organization, communication, and accurate execution, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Ensure Orders Start on the Right Track

• Input with Accuracy: Enter new orders and shipment details into our tracking systems to initiate service.
• Track What Matters: Trace shipments with trucking vendors, steamship lines, and rail providers; keep systems up to date.
• Support with Consistency: Maintain schedules, logs, and daily task updates to ensure smooth coordination across teams.

Be the Communication Hub Customers Count On

• Respond with Care: Answer incoming calls and act promptly based on the customer's needs.
• Monitor and Escalate: Stay on top of email communication and escalate urgent issues for quick resolution.
• Build Satisfaction: Ensure customers feel informed and supported throughout the relocation process.

Maintain the Integrity of Every Order

• Stay Organized: Keep records accurate, timely, and thorough in our proprietary system.
• Clean Up the Details: Review data for errors, research exceptions, and resolve service requests.
• Keep Documents Flowing: Scan, file, and manage documents using our Document Management System.

Contribute Beyond the Basics

• Pitch In Daily: Perform general office tasks including typing, faxing, mail distribution, and message handling.
• Drive Improvements: Share ideas and provide input on process improvements and team initiatives.
• Own the Outcome: Maintain departmental KPIs and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Team

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in logistics, importing/exporting, or household goods transportation required; international/domestic logistics experience preferred.

Tools of the Trade: Your Core Skills

• Typing & Tech: 40 WPM typing speed, 10-key by touch, and basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Communication Excellence: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills to interact effectively with both customers and teams.
• Detail-Driven: High level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Trustworthy & Professional: Proven discretion when handling confidential information.
