They will define necessary strategic initiatives that will result in the creation of a consensus demand forecast, overall improvement of forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization. They will administer the design and implementation of all planning and forecasting tools and lead related process and systems improvement. The Demand Planning Manager is the visible leader in the cross functional collaboration with Sales Managers, Product Development/Management, Finance, and Supply Chain as it relates to short- and long-term forecasts for the business. They will build alignment cross functionally to best balance demand and supply of all stocked parts. This position will be located in Reno with a flexible schedule to work remotely on occasion.The Demand Planning Manager performs a full range of duties and must have the ability to work semi-independently and to exercise initiative and good judgment.
