We're Hiring: Senior Quality Engineer Drive Excellence in Every Step!

Are you passionate about building systems that actually make things better? Do you thrive in high-performance manufacturing or distribution environments? Join us as a Senior Quality Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of operational excellence!

What You'll Be Doing: As our Senior Quality Engineer, youll be the go-to expert for quality leadershipspearheading initiatives that ensure our processes not only meet, but exceed industry standards. From customer satisfaction to system optimization, you'll drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma practices, all while collaborating across teams to tackle challenges and deliver results.

Leading the Quality Notification (QN) process to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Driving root cause analysis and cross-functional resolutions for customer complaints and corrective actions

Owning the calibration program, analyzing data to improve accuracy and compliance

Developing and rolling out SOPs, JWIs, and Leader Standard Work aligned with AS9120 and ISO 9001:2015

Enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS) with smart dashboards, training, and reporting tools

Conducting internal audits and follow-ups that actually move the needle

Leading quality improvement projects using structured, results-oriented methodologies

What We're Looking For:

Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent experience

5+ years in quality or engineering roles within manufacturing or distribution

Hands-on experience with Lean and Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher is a plus)

Proven track record with 8D problem-solving and root cause analysis

Excellent communicator and team leader, with the ability to build bridges across departments

Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management chops

Bonus points for experience in chemical, machining, assembly, or distribution environments
