Sr. Sourcing Manager - Sierra Executive Solutions Inc.

Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is recruiting for a Reno client company's Building Engineer position. This is an exciting opportunity as the hiring organization is a mission-driven 501c3 non-profit constructing a state-of-the-art multi-purpose facility in South Reno, funded by a notable foundation. Local Nevada professionals will be given preference.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate maintenance and repairs of building equipment and systems, such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, with the maintenance team.
• Coordinate and oversee the installation of new equipment as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address issues before they disrupt operations.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and protocols for assigned buildings.
• Take a hands-on role with staff supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 10+ years in engineering or construction management.
• Experience with Inteliweb (Delta Controls BMS), MAINTAIN X, and Sage Inventory is a significant advantage.
