Job Details

Maintain all building/tower grounds systems and equipment, including repairs of the following: electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, pneumatic, hydraulic, equipment and appliances. - Maintain stock and inventory materials. - Maintain and repair all equipment associated with engineering shop. - Observe performance of Engineers and encourage improvement. - Monitor work load of and adjust work assignment of engineer team accordingly. - Estimate material and time for projects. - Inform management staff of problems requiring maintenance and report any equipment deficiencies. - Assign/distribute keys, radio and job assignments daily, coordinate work plan and apply standard maintenance practices. - Respond to accident scenes, emergency calls (fire, smoke, etc.) - Communicate with, and support engineering staff as needed throughout shift. - Maintain daily record of work requests, preventative maintenance work requests via smart phone/device using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System...Lead, Experience, Engineer, Department Leader, Maintenance Engineer, Building Maintenance, Business Services
