We're looking for Fulfillment Associates to work at our client in Reno, NV! Earn up to $20/hr. in a fast-paced, fun environment, with a dynamic culture, at a rapidly growing e-commerce company . Our client is a leading online distributor of plumbing, heating, and HVAC supplies.

These are temp-to-hire positions - convert to a full-time employee after 480 hours of work!

About the Role:
Under the direct supervision of the pick/pack team lead, performs duties and functions to ensure that all orders are picked, packaged, labeled, and shipped out in a timely and accurate manner. This position operates in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting and may require work in hot/cold conditions.

Pay Rate: Earn up to $20/hr.

Available Shift Times:

• Various Shifts Available-
  • Sunday 9a - 5:30p & Monday - Thursday 6a - 2:30p
  • Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
  • Monday - Friday, 11am-7:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the area is clean, safe, organized, and functioning properly.
• Review all orders and examine product SKUs, weights, and quantities prior to packing for shipment to ensure that the correct items are being shipped to customers.
• Package, seal, and label containers using appropriate materials.
• Follow up with team lead on any order errors.
• Stack packaged boxes in size & weight order on pallets and load them onto trailers for shipment.
• Responsible for picking items using an RF scan gun and delivering them to the pack/label team in an accurate and timely manner.
• All other duties as assigned by the fulfillment captain and/or management team.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, captains, and managers.
• Carry out job responsibilities in accordance with client's policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned by the warehouse captain and/or client's management team.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours) and perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs including but not limited to walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling various items.
• Regularly lift and carry items weighing 0-50lbs and occasionally lift and carry items exceeding 50lbs.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to check in and put away materials.
• Operate with a sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment performing pick and pack functions preferred.
• Experience using machines such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, or electric pallet jacks a plus.
