As a Retail Operations Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Overseeing the operation of a single store, focusing on hiring, managing, and directing staff to achieve financial goals.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety certification; Serve Safe certified preferred.

Working Conditions:

This role involves a fast-paced work environment characterized by hot counter areas, steam from food preparation, and potential noise. Employees are expected to stand for extended periods and may lift up to 50 lbs. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic priorities are necessary for success.
