Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, providing expert assistance to business owners in LLC formation and startup consulting. You'll be the first point of contact for business owners, answering questions, and ensuring clients receive the best possible experience. In this position you will talk to business owners to offer custom solutions and business formation support to get their business launched and ready to grow!

We are a business formation company headquartered in Reno, NV that specializes in helping businesses launch and grow throughout the U.S. We act as a registered agent in all 50 states and consult on business formation services as well as business growth services such as tax planning, business credit, marketing, etc.

  • Pay for this position is $17.00 an Hour + incentive bonuses to reward your success! Typical Customer Support Specialists make about $20/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Advise business owners who inquire about our services guiding them toward customized solutions
  • Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer's needs when qualifying them (training provided)
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation and customer assistance to increase customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with both potential customers and internal team members
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact

Essential Functions:

  • Excellent Phone Communication Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a client facing position
  • Ability to read and write Spanish proficiently (preferred not required)
  • Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset
  • Basic computer skills such as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • A Passion for Helping Others with a Positive, Can-Do Attitude
  • Professional Appearance and Demeanor
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
