Compensation: The expected base rate for this role is between $25.76 and $28.76 per hour, depending on relevant experience and education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other applicable factors. Additionally, this role will receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, and shift differential.

Flex Scheduling: Enjoy a true work-life balance with our Flex Scheduling options! Choose from multiple full-time night shifts, including a 5-day workweek or a 4-day workweek.

5-day workweek: Work 5 days with 2 days off.

4-day workweek: Work 4 days with 3 days off.

Main Responsibilities: As a Night Warehouse Selector at US FOODS®, you will prepare customer orders while prioritizing safety. You will work with a team to ensure accurate and damage-free orders, contributing directly to our success built on collaborative spirit and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday to Thursday.
• Weekend and holiday work may be required.
• Recent experience in physically demanding roles such as lifting, transferring, sports/fitness, farming, or construction is preferred.
• Experience in selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving over 1,000 cases of product during each shift is required.
