Job Details

Initiates and pays jackpots and slot machine paper fills. Redeems slot vouchers for cash. Provide customer service by breaking bills, answering questions, giving directions, or requesting assistance; support all marketing initiatives and floor promotions. Service slots by performing minor repairs. Direct and dispatch other team members to events identified by the slot dispatch system. Observe slot play and assure Slot Department security. Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES - Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum of two years experience required in a slot maintenance or similar field. Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers. Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills. Detail oriented.
