Job Summary: As a Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently packing products according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety. You will work closely with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Box Making Station: Construct cardboard boxes and perform general housekeeping tasks
• Mailer Packer Station: Pack mailers into constructed boxes on the conveyor belt and conduct active quality checks .
• Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a packing or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
