Willow Springs Center has an opening for a receptionist. Schedule: 8:00am-6:30pm FRI/SAT/SUN. The purpose of this position is to be the welcoming individual that visitors and guests when coming to the Center, or when calling to the facility. The receptionist also engages in supportive clerical duties to provide support to various departments including, but not limited to: accepting and tracking packages, maintaining and creating reports as requested, prepares and tracks outgoing mail, completing check requests, creates packets for new admissions.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in receptionist capacity. Demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities: knowledge of HIPAA requirements regarding protection of health information. Understanding of general hospital operations. Ability to understand and adhere to policies for patients at Willow Springs Center. Ability to establish rapport with families. Ability to establish appropriate therapeutic boundaries. Ability to accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner. Ability to answer phones. Ability to utilize a personal computer and most programs in the Microsoft Suite.
