Are you a people person who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment? Monsen Engineering is on the lookout for a vibrant and organized Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Reno office!

For over 45 years, Monsen Engineering has been a trusted partner to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries. Were looking for someone whos professional, self-motivated and is eager to learn.

What Youll Do:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a smile
  • Handle phone calls with confidence and clarity
  • Keep things running smoothly with your top-notch multitasking and computer skills
  • Process shipping and receiving - repairs and product
  • Point of Sale Billing
  • Help customers with basic knowledge of products
  • Maintain and replenish sales floor
  • Manage document scanning and archive
  • Lift and transport supplies into customers vehicles
  • Cross train where needed

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous experience in office setting/customer service
  • Ability to multitask
  • Take pride in your work
  • Detail-oriented
  • Great people skills
  • Computer proficiency (ie. Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to type above average WPM
  • Self-motivated
