Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including removal of debris, dust, and hazardous materials
• Collect and dispose of construction waste in compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines
• Clean various surfaces, including floors, windows, and walls, using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment

Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
• Background check and drug test required
• 3+ yrs of cleaning experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
