Power Your Future with Qualus in our Human Resources department as our HR Coordinator! The Human Resource Coordinator assists in the implementation of human resource services, policies, and programs supporting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes our core values and attainment of company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Answer general HR/benefits related questions, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Execute onboarding process including new hire paperwork completion, I-9/E-Verify process, scheduling orientation sessions, HRIS data entry and completion of employee profiles.
  • Administration of HR team inbox for general inquiries and requests ensuring proper coordination for follow up and resolution, and maintaining well-organized tracking and filing.
  • Assist with execution of drug testing program and drug and background testing relative to client onboarding requirements.
  • Conduct HR new hire and exit feedback sessions as needed.
  • Assist with maintenance and follow up regarding employee career development plans.
  • Assist with maintaining library of job descriptions.
  • Coordinate with sales as needed for technical resume library maintenance.
  • Assist with employee engagement programming including outreach to new hires and employees as needed.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  • Assist with records and systems audits as needed.
  • Other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years-experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Process-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Familiarity with HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
