Job DescriptionStarting pay: $24.00 USDJOB SUMMARYPainting, wallpapering, installing drywall and general maintenance. Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and within the realm of Caesars Entertainment Mission Statement.ESSENTIAL DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following) Daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint, and furnitureTouch-up hotel, casino, back of house, restaurants and throughout facility Repainting of curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs throughout facilityMaintain all finishes throughout hotel, casino, back of house and restaurantsRepair and repaint exterior structure and doorsAssist in all special projectsAbility to use airless spraying equipmentAbility to mix and match colorsHandling and disposal of all hazardous waste associated with shopExemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and visionExemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culturePerforms other job-related duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESHigh School diploma or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of three years' experience in painting and sheetrock repairInstallation and proficiency in hanging all types of wall covering is preferredRequired to perform the Customer Service Standards of the departmentAbility to understand and comply with all hotel and departmental rules, regulations, policies and proceduresPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position)Requires 100% mobility to include frequent standing, bending and reaching from floor to 6ft., climbing using ladders and stairsOperating equipment such as scissor lift or boom lift is preferredTransporting, pushing, pulling, lifting and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 100 lbs.Use of hand and power toolsRequires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterityRequires normal sense of smell, touch, and soundRequires normal vision range and the ability to distinguish letters and symbolsRequires communicating by telephone, beeper, and radioFlexible availability, including all shifts and varying days offGUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills.
