Come join Team Atlantis! As the Bell/Valet Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations of our bell and valet services. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bell and valet department, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a premier casino resort and create lasting impressions for our guest.
Responsibilities
Oversees all daily operations of the Valet Department.
Manages all staff including Valet Supervisors.
Duties include but are not limited to hiring, training, scheduling, counseling, terminating, and evaluations, as well as assisting front-line Team Members when necessary.
Responsible for maintaining all company vehicles.
Responsible for policies and procedures for the department.
Responsible for ordering inventory and maintaining proper par levels of all supplies.
Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Completes reports, and projects as assigned by Management.
Ensure Team is trained to exceed guest expectations.
Responsible for creating a zero-based budget and meeting the monthly and annual budget goals.
Other duties as assigned my management.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old
Alcohol Awareness Card Required
Must have DMV printout with clean driving record.
At least 2 years Valet experience at a fast-paced, high-occupancy resort, and 1 year of experience in a managerial role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and analyze reports and vendor bid sheets
Must be able to drive all “Class C” vehicles and limousines including manual shift vehicles.
Must be able to run and stand for 8 hours at a time.
Attention to detail: filing tickets, hanging keys and marking spot numbers.
Must keep abreast with new technology as it pertains to vehicles.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. consistently during the shift.
Must be knowledgeable with installing and removing chains.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Access.
Must be proficient in time management of self and team.
MUST adhere to all grooming standards, no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors
