Job Title: Owner's Rep Site Lead

Duration: 12 months + possible extensions

Location: Sparks, NV

Compensation: $90-100/hr flex

Day to day:

Insight Global's top data client is seeking an Owner's Rep Site Lead who will be responsible for supervising and leading the site OR PMs. This role will be managing large portfolios and will need to have great conflict resolution strategies when working with the general contracting company. This person will need to have a strong civil, structural, and mechanical background. This person will need to be comfortable working in a ambiguous environment and interfacing with complex teams (engineers, stakeholders, etc.).

Must Haves:

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management in a hyperscale data center environment
• 3+ years of experience leading large teams (5-10 people)
• Hyperscale data center experience
• Safety certifications or safety audit experience
• Experience from design and close out of the project
• Experience reviewing bids and proposals

Plusses:

• PMP Certification or equivalent
• OSHA 30 hour certification
