Job Details

Ensure all members and guests are properly greeted and admitted to the facility. Manages facility to prevent nonmembers from entering. Answers phones, provides membership information as requested, and signs up new members. Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures. Maintains understanding of operating procedures for pool and fitness equipment. Completes checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures. Processes recreation reservations as needed. Works the POS system to sell snacks and food to members. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required. Education/ Experience: Some customer service experience helpful. Certificates/ Licenses: CPR and First Aid Certification a plus...Fitness, Recreation, Attendant, Front Desk, Swim, Hotel
