As an Assistant Manager, you will support the restaurant and General Manager by managing shifts and assisting with administrative duties. In the absence of the General Manager, you will provide leadership to ensure the restaurant operates to brand standards. Candidates should have strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, a confident and professional manner, clear communication, good time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

What will you do?

• Understand and perform every job in the restaurant.
• Oversee team members and Shift Managers to ensure duties are completed and high-quality food is served safely and promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment for team members and customers.
• Ensure all training and certifications are completed as planned.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in developing Shift Managers and future leaders.
• Support restaurant maintenance and hiring processes.
• Help maintain strong financial results.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Current Health Card according to local requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass Criminal Background Check including MVR.
• Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Expected 50-hour work week.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
