The Grand Sierra is looking for energetic and customer service minded individuals to join the Food and Beverage team as a Food Server for Uno Mas. The Food Server guarantees guests are served in a warm, accommodating and professional manner ensuring total guest satisfaction. Guarantee prompt, courteous and team minded service throughout the entire restaurant and adhere to all Grand Sierra Resort standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Take food orders and beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders in to P. O. S. system. Deliver orders following required standards for the position. Prepare table side items as requested by customer; anticipate guests needs. Complete all side work including but not limited to: wiping down stations, re-stocking supplies, etc. Polish silver, buff glasses, set-up service cart, etc. in order to prepare tables and stations.
