Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Job Summary: The Warehouse - Supply Chain Practitioner will be a detail-oriented, adaptable, and agile individual to join our warehouse – supply chain team. This position focuses primarily on inventory control and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thinks critically, and can maintain high accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

This role is hands-on in physical movements and problem-solving activities. This position plays a vital role in reconciliation, data analysis, and reporting, problem solving and documentation, process improvement, and cross-departmental communications within and for our company. Key deliverables will involve working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, customer service, fulfillment, Hello to ensure a healthy supply chain.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse - Supply Chain Practitioner, You Will

Work in a fast-paced environment setting, must be flexible with start/end times and days, work to build autonomy so to work with little guidance. Develop your skills in supply chain management. This position offers the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end operation while making a meaningful contribution to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Track and maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems

  1. Perform cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system data

  1. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly

  1. Generate inventory trend analysis and reports

  1. Determine optimal placement and movement of materials throughout the facility

  1. Receive, identify, and properly store incoming materials

  1. Pull, pack, and prepare items for shipping

  1. Weigh, label, and pack products into appropriate shipping containers

  1. Load, and unload vehicles safely and efficiently

  1. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

  1. Analyze material flow between departments

  1. Recommend improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency

  1. Create and maintain documentation of warehouse procedures

  1. Perform safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) audits

  1. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment

  1. Work closely with customer service to resolve issues

  1. Generate reports, graphs, and presentations for leadership

  1. Document activities thoroughly and ensure proper product labeling

  1. Communicate effectively with team members across departments

  1. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement and Competencies:

• Knowledge of inventory control, Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and warehouse safety regulations

• Knowledge of analytics and data interpretation principles for effective inventory management

• Skill in operating warehouse technology including inventory systems, Microsoft Office suite, and Google workspace applications

• Skill in mathematical calculations, data collection, and meaningful interpretation for inventory accuracy

• Skill in effective communication, time management, and prioritization across multiple projects and departments

• Skill in critical thinking, problem-solving, and adapting to change in a fast-paced environment

• Skill in maintaining a positive, collaborative approach while working independently or in teams

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, understand underlying processes, and work toward autonomous decision-making

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply data to optimize performance and solve problems

• Ability to identify product attributes (colors, sizes, quantities, labels, SKUs) with precision and consistency

• Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail, visual perception

• Ability to live PACK (Proud, Authentic, Community, and Kickass) values

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

One year of warehouse operations experience

Documented experience with inventory control practices

Familiarity with safety protocols in warehouse environments

Basic understanding of supply chain processes

Certified or capable of being certified to operate mobile equipment within 30 calendar days

Preferred:

Experiencewith cycle counting and inventory reconciliation

Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Experience operating powered industrial vehicles

Previous food industry experience
