Working as the Director of Dining Services at University of Nevada-Reno, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 16 food service retail locations on campus. Our Director of Dining Services will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the overall success of the food service operation. This includes adhering to the clients culture and guidelines, the Health Departments regulations, and companys standards, policies, and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation.
