Phlebotomist I. This is What You'll Do: Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (e.g. FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP) to maintain the highest production standards and ensure facility compliance. Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company values and culture. Maintains cleanliness of work area to ensure a clean and professional environment. Reviews and confirms donor identification and maintains donor confidentiality per Standard Operating Procedures. Sets up and prepares all equipment and disposable supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis procedure. Labels and ensures each unit and samples are labeled accurately. Execute venipunctures and plasma collection, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
