Currently seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Representative) to join our energetic team.

Territory Management

  • Responsible for territory management, administration, and accountability.
  • Building relationships with referral sources to generate steady referrals that meet sales goals
  • Ensuring continuity between the provider practice or post-acute setting and the home setting in order to maximize patient satisfaction of respiratory and home medical equipment services
  • Improving awareness and confidence among healthcare professionals, physicians and patients regarding current home medical equipment services
  • Coordinating referrals to ensure timely admission and appropriate patient care based on doctor's referrals
  • Appropriate call coverage on all key physicians and customers.
  • Reports & records are thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Appropriate management of individual marketing and entertainment budgets.
  • Timely to meetings, appointments, etc.
  • Completion of delegated responsibilities in a professional and timely manner.
Professional Selling Skills
  • Pre-call planning.
  • Ask probing questions.
  • Practice good listening skills.
  • Strategic positioning.
  • Closing sales calls (ask for the business).
  • Handle post-call follow up.
Sales Planning and Execution
  • Strategic sales planning and execution using market share data, competitor analysis and reputation scoring.
  • Analyze marketplace including market share, competitors and opportunities for growth using CRM.
  • Enters call plan and outcomes into the CRM system.
  • Develop aggressive strategic sales goals with Sales Manager monthly.
  • Execute strategic sales goals.
  • Review & evaluate strategic sales goals on a regular basis with Sales Manager.
  • Utilize marketing resources effectively to accomplish strategic sales goals.
Sales & Marketing Results
  • Consistently achieve sales & marketing results.
  • Regularly achieve sales goals.
  • Effectively gain new business.
  • Effectively retain current business.
  • Overall Return on Marketing (ROM).
Promotional Events Marketing
  • Oversight & execution of marketing and promotional events.
  • Solid pre-planning of events, including all details. Begin all events with concrete event goals.
  • Organized and effective execution of events.
  • Consistent and accurate follow up of events.
  • Clear and timely measurement of results from events. Return on Marketing (ROM). Results detailed and disseminated to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for hours at a time
  • Oxygen, PAP, NIV & DME equipment knowledge is preferred
  • Sales & Marketing Experience Preferred
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in relatable field preferred
  • Licensed Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred


Salary Description

Annual Salary + Commision
