Advertising And Marketing Content Specialist

Schedule: Full Time/Day

Location: Reno, NV

Salary: $50,000 to $65,000

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

Superior organizational, time management and communication skills are required. Demonstrated ability to produce high quality content and complete tasks with consistency and accuracy. Proficiency in standard business applications such as MS Word, Google Docs, MS Excel, Google Sheets MS Power Point, Google Forms, and others. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Provide excellent guest service to internal clients, outside vendors and property guests. Ability to work effectively, independently, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment of multiple projects within established timelines in a high-pressure environment. Strong written, oral communication, interpersonal skills. Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies and practices. Ability to conduct research into application and software related issues and products. Highly logical and technically proficient. Keen attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability of simple math, and complex reading, writing, and task completion skills is required. Must have the following skills: clerical, coordination, analyzing, following instructions, influencing others, problem solving, and independent judgment. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or minimum of 3 years' marketing/advertising experience is required or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Previous experience in casino/resort industry and brand management is preferred.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting and occasionally standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, and kneeling during the duration of their shift. Must be able to push/pull 50lbs or less occasionally. The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both hands, frequent light grasping motions, and occasional firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required. Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Work Environment:

Work performed indoors and outdoors, alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts around computer equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Monitor multiple sources (e.g., email, systems, meetings, reports) to identify content intended for publication on digital channels including but not limited to: casino marketing offers, special events, entertainment events, hotel offers, local and regional events third-party online resources such as Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor, etc.
