**About the Role**This internship is geared toward aspiring construction managers—prepare to directly support PMs in field coordination, quality control, and client interactions for upscale home contracts.**What You'll Do**- Conduct jobsite inspections, monitor progress against schedules - Collaborate with trades, flag delays/errors, maintain logs/photos - Join site walkthroughs with clients and internal teams - Assist with RFI documentation, punch lists, change orders**What We Offer**- Immersion into structured build planning and field management - Mentoring by experienced PMs - Understanding tight budgets and incentive-driven build roadmaps - Experience with high-end client service and 1-year warranty follow-up**You Bring**- Construction, engineering, or CM degree in progress - Observant, proactive, great at documentation - Strong communication and ability to handle field environments
