Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Director located in Reno, NV. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of Courage Worldwide. Day-to-day tasks include providing clinical supervision, managing mental health services, and working closely with behavioral health and psychology professionals. The Clinical Director will ensure the highest standard of care for the children in our program and support their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Medicine and Clinical Supervision skills
• Mental Health and Behavioral Health skills
• Knowledge of Psychology
• Experience in managing and supporting a clinical team
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Reno, NV
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Psychology, Medicine, or Behavioral Health
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
