Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies.
  • Manage sales opportunities from presentation to solution delivery and closing.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of sales experience in the Recruiting and Staffing industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sales hunter approach.
  • Proven track record of selling recruiting solutions or services to large enterprise customers.
  • Established relationships with key influencers in the Recruiting and Staffing industry.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks and manage shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary and an attractive Commission structure. Health & Dental Insurance included.
