Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering design and project management services on dam and water resources projects.
  • Engage in all phases of project development, including design and construction.
  • Analyze engineering data, interpret plans, and devise effective solutions to challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and public agencies to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects across various company departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.
  • Must possess certification as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a P.E.; preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Experience specifically in dam design is essential.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position starts at $95,000 and can go up to $130,000, based on your experience.
