ParkerBeth Search Partners is representing a large national steel contractor seeking a Project Engineer to support large-scale steel construction projects in Reno, NV and Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience looking to launch their career into Project Management.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the hub between field crews, PMs, GCs, and owners
• Manage RFIs, COs, and project documentation
• Track deliveries, waft tickets, and schedules
• Support General Superintendent and Senior Executive on multimillion-dollar projects
• Build strong relationships with field crews and PMs
• Gain exposure to projects from inception to closeout

Who You Are

• 2-5 years of project engineering or field engineering experience
• Steel subcontractor or commercial construction background

• Comfortable in field/trailer environment
• Curious, solutions-driven, not just a "yes" person
